Are you on pay as you go or contract? If you are on contract, you cannot reduce it until after your minimum term. If you want to reduce it, you would first have to pay off the rest of the term you have. You would have to speak to customer service, as you chose a contract and under the terms and conditions, you cannot change to a lesser amount, unless you pay the rest off.
