My data doesn’t work on specific apps they aren’t turned off for data it just doesn’t work on most of my social media apps

Welcome to the community,

If you could go into settings either via the app or via the website and scroll down to parental control, make sure the settings for Adults is ticked to get full, unfiltered access to the internet.

If you are unable to do this, then ring customer service and they can change the setting for you.
