My data doesn’t work in my phone

Since I started to use my EE sim in my iPhone 11 the internet doesn’t work.. I have being many times at EE store to explain and to them to help me, but no one know how to find the problem. 
Is any one to help me here?

Is data active under your network settings?

The bit in bold, implies something was working before. Are you a new customer to EE, have you changed phones or?....
