This has only started happening recently but I’m unable to use certain app with my data turned on however when connected to WiFi I’m able to use them. I have turned off my phone and back on and has not work, I have reset my network setting that hasn’t worked and also turned airplane mode off and on and this also didn’t work. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix???

This is often caused by your content lock being set to either moderate or strict. Try reducing these to "off" if necessary.
