Mobile Data/Phone Call Issues

Hopefully someone can help me, I recently got the iPhone 17 PM and every time I leave the house from Wi-Fi to mobile data it doesn’t work I need to reset the phone to get it to work, people call my and the call doesn’t come through at my end just get a text message saying I’ve missed a call. The call issues is random where as the mobile data is very regular. I’m on eSIM if that helps

Are you able to test using a friend or relatives physical SIM? To remove one variable.

Can you make outgoing calls? Does the phone handover a call-in-progress between WiFi & VoLTE? Can you use mobile-data/VoLTE in-home?
