I am trying to use the EE App to gift data from one of my 2 unlimited data packages to my daughter, but it comes up with an error.
I've tried the website, and again this shows an error.
I've tried calling, but unable to speak to anyone.

Hi @CR15BRD.
Are you eligible to gift data? you can only gift the first 100GB of your plan.
What error is showing when you try to gift data?

Hi Katie, yes I am eligable. i spoke to someone at EE that found an issue at EE end and they couldn't sort, so made my daughters phone unlimited data for the month. that has ran out and I'm back to square one again, with data gifting not working.
