Yes you are very right about the EU rules but that will only apply if it is included in your contract which is dependent on when your contract commenced. Sorry for any confusion
@Jojo5678 : EU roaming is included in all contracts. Post July '21 you just have to pay for it by having a roaming add-on, the £2.29 /day add-on by default.
