I have EU roaming added on (for daily charge of £2 per day) and have spend cap of £10. Still unable to use phone abroad for texts/calls/data roaming etc. unsure what the problem is. Can’t get through to speak to someone from EE to help. The text message from 150 doesn’t solve my problem. Thanks for help.

@Prarua  The add on it’s just that an add on you need to have roaming enabled your EE online account.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

In what way was the text from 150 not helpful? Did you receive this text message whilst abroad, or in the UK before leaving?

I ask because the roaming facility must be active on your phone in order to connect to foreign networks - which is a pre-requisite for receiving text messages.
