Had a text message from EE saying that they are offering double data free of charge but that t&cs apply. There is no link to the t&cs and the only ones I can find on the ee website relate to a double data Christmas offer or sim deal from 2021.
There is also no mention of the offer in the Add Ons section on the app.
Can someone please link the correct t&cs?

Why has my wife not been offered double data as she is a BT broadband and EE mobile customer like myself and she uses much more data than I do?

She can try texting DOUBLE DATA to 150, however the offer states the BT and EE accounts need to be under the same account holder name for this offer to work. Certain plans with promotional data allowances or discounts may also be ineligible.
Find the below excerpt from the Terms of the offer:
"EE & BT Double Data: Available to selected new and existing EE customers on a pay monthly handset plan or selected SIM only phone plans who also have an existing eligible BT Broadband Plan. Both accounts to be registered to the same account holder at the same address to benefit from a double data boost on their registered EE Plan. Double data applicable to all numbers registered on the EE account. Double data applied to core data allowance only. One eligible EE account per BT account. Consumer plans only."

Thank you Matt Is it possible for her to receive the double data on her number rather than me if we can’t both have it as I use very little data and she uses much more

I believe it will only work if the name on the EE Mobile account and the BT account are the same, so if the BT is in your name and her EE mobile is on an account in her own name it will not work.
If she texts DOUBLE DATA to 150, this will tell her if she is eligible.
Other than that it could be worth getting both of you on the same EE account in the future so that you can maximise the discount you get as a household and gift data between your numbers.
If you want to look at this route, you would have to contact Customer Services on 150 with both of you available to talk.

Thank you The BT Account is in my name The EE account is in her name but we are both named on the same plan so I guess that is why I got Double Data How do I go about gifting data to her if necessary?
