Had a text message from EE saying that they are offering double data free of charge but that t&cs apply. There is no link to the t&cs and the only ones I can find on the ee website relate to a double data Christmas offer or sim deal from 2021.
There is also no mention of the offer in the Add Ons section on the app.
Can someone please link the correct t&cs?

I can confirm that there is a double data offer for customers who are with both BT and EE.
What number did you receive the text from?

Same as everyone else and was told absolutely 100% not a message from EE by your colleagues on the chat in the app a few weeks ago.
Why wouldn’t they know? Also why is it done in such a spam way. Very odd

I contacted EE. Sceptical, yes it was genuine. an add on which doesn’t change your existing contract. Given as a loyalty for having mobile and wi fi contracts with EE and BT.
That’s what I have been told.

Recently, I received this text message from 1122.
" #, don't forget you're eligible for double data. EE and BT are one family, and we're giving you double data on EE because you're with both. Reply DOUBLE to this message and your double data will be added to your account."
Tell me if this is a genuine message from EE. If it is, what are the T&Cs? I recently had my router upgraded to the Smart Hub Plus initiated by EE/BT contract.
I wait to hear from you or anybody else with a similar experience.

Just upgraded phone and double has been taken off, still with bt and EE. How do I get it back
