I had choosen EE for data sharing, but for the last 6 months, my data sharings option has been disable, and every time I have to call your service. Customer service has been keeping me in the loop with the "under process" story for the last 6 months. I am now fed up with this and am just waiting for my cont
ract to finish. I no longer wish to have any relationship with EE.

Welcome to the Community.
I certainly don't want you to face any issues when trying to gift mobile data, and I'm disappointed to hear that our team hasn't been able to resolve this either.
Have you been able to gift data previously?
Are both numbers on the same account and on eligible price plans?
Do you see the same issue on the EE app and your main online account?
