Can’t send and receive data

Could you give us a little more information about the problem you're having please?

 

Is it a problem using mobile data or are you having a problem sending something?

 I try gifting data but it keeps saying “Sorry, we can't show this device's data right now. Please try again later.”

and it’s been happening for more than a week

I have been gifting data before and I have tried on different devices and browsers but it says the same thing

Please can you try logging back in to your My EE app with your username and password (skip the biometric option) and let me know if that resolves the issue?
