I am getting warnings that my data usage is nearly used but when checking my account I have at least 20gb left?

Where are you seeing those warnings? Is it a phone function you've setup - if so, you can amend the billing cycle & counting period to match your account.

Or if this is a text message warning - please post the exact wording of the message, verbatim. As per the previous post.
