How do I find out how much data I have used over the passed twelve months?

@Margaret40 : You can't easily unless you've totted up your usage each month from your device or from your status with EE. You could try asking CS.

This took me a while of flipping back and forth.

For Phones, just go to your Mobile account from the MY EE dashboard and click on data usage. If you want an itemised breakdown you have to call 150.

For Home Broadband data usage:

  • Go to My EE > My Home Broadband
  • In Account Services, under My Bills, click on Recent Data Usage
  • Then click on View Recent Broadband Data Usage
  • This takes you to a chart of your last 31 days' usage.

Usually nonsensical, inaccurate, u/load > d/load & often 0. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole!
