Got my first sim with EE yesterday as I’ve moved from o2 and put it in, I have full signal and stuff but the data isn’t working despite being turned on. It’s tells me to turn it on even tho it already is. It’s been 24 hours now and still can’t use it yet.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
Have you turned on mobile data in Settings > Mobile Data or Cellular?

Pay monthly sim, and yeah everything is turned on it just doesn’t let me use the internet, and tells me to turn it on when it’s already on

Are you transferring a number from your old network?
Have you tried restarting your phone?

Has your number transfer completed yet @Patchett1998?
Have you tried resetting your network settings? Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Nothing. I’ve been to the EE shop and they tried everything and couldn’t get it working
