Is there a way to see what my data has actually been used on? I can see how much I have remaining, but would like to see a breakdown of how it’s been used. Thank you

Android & Apple phones have a data counter in their connection settings menu.

This will itemise data usage app-by-app & system-function. You can also set the counting period to match your bill cycle.
