Data Gifting

I have not been able to gift data on my account. The data gifting is not working.  I actually had to call ee last month and i was promised it will work this month. HOwever, it is still not working and it is stressful calling ee every month for this simple task that could have been done on the app or webiste. Any help?

Hi @solapopsy I can imagine it's frustrating when you need to gift data but it's not working.

Do any error messages pop up when you try to data gift?

Have you changed your plan on the line that you're gifting from and gifting to since you were last able to gift data?
