Hey, I’ve recently gone into a sim only deal and dropped my data down from 10GB per month to 6GB per month. This was decided as the advise I spoke to stated I had only ever used a total of 4GB per month, max while being on 10GB of data. I’ve now received a notification saying I have 1.2GB left of the 6GB. How can I up this please? As I don’t want charging for going over the plan. Thanks!

@Louby_12   You can not be charged if you run out you just not be able to use cellular data.

If you’ve just changed to this sim only deal you’ll probably find you also have stay connected data if you do run out of data.   This stay connected data will allow you to use data but a very slow speed it’s great for simple data usage like WhatsApp/iMessage/emails.  And best of all there isn’t a charge for this as it’s included in your tariff.
