After being told the message offering double my data at no cost as i was a bt customer & now with ee was genuine i replied as instructed saying DOUBLE but i have not received the double data????

I am very pleased to say i have just had a phone call from an ee agent & it is all sorted now & they could not have been more helpful, so thankyou to everyone who helped.
