DOUBLE data?

After being told the message offering double my data at no cost as i was a bt customer & now with ee was genuine i replied as instructed saying DOUBLE but i have not received the double data????

Thanks for that but I had reason to call them yesterday & ended up on the phone forever & they still did not do what I asked, so maybe not worth bothering about & maybe that is what they want, thanks anyway,

What number was the text sent from?

The number was 1122 which I was told was a number they use for loyalty promotions
