Does anyone else have the same issue as my business unlimited data package not being available and only getting 3gb instead of unlimited as i am being told by EE Tech that's this is a world wide issue. I haven't had my contracted data package of Unlimited data since 2 April 24 and still haven't. all I'm getting is 3GB every month and that's shared over 9 devices. i have had to by 3 x sims with the unlimited data on for the mobile routers and then get this credited back to me monthly.
I have been with EE for 12 years and this is the first major issue for me and my business the amount of complaints i have from my customers because i cant communicate quickly is unreal.
Has anyone else got this issue it would be good to know, also on the EE web and phone it says they are available until 20:00hrs but when you ring after 18:99hrs it says its closed.
This i am find a very poor customer services from them since they merged with BT.

Yes every time i called them they said raise a ticket and this was weekly as they said it would be resolved in a week (give us a week they said) then the last one was about getting 3 new data sims only (which i have) but the original issue is still going well it will be when the 1.6GB of the 3GB is gone (which should be unlimited) i have also put a complaint document in from the web site. But again over 2 months now and its just not acceptable.

I understand how frustrating this must be.
For a full update I'd recommend giving us another call.

Posting your mobile number on a public internet forum is an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you - I strongly suggest editing that out unless the site admins beat you to it
