Ive been having trouble with streaming things for a while now, I get in touch over the help app, never get any notifications from the app so case keeps getting closed, finally start getting helped out by Sahil ( very good ) only to then get booted out of my account and hit with account errors on the myee app and on the website "failed to retrieve account details" so I can't even get in touch with the person helping me, jump to the contact us on the website and it's 22:31 so of course I can't use their message function because why would I🤷.
I've been with ee since they were orange but honestly considering a move to three after this.
