Change subscription and add ons

Why is the app always down it's not your fault it's ours can't change subscription for more data have been trying to do it for wks so I have to pay add ons which are really expensive so some months 50 for  150gig  rip off

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having logging into your app, and I can appreciate how frustrating this must be. Given how long this has been happening I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they will be able to look into why this is happening, as well as sort out your add ons, so you aren't paying for something you don't need.
