Hiya, I want to know when I can to change my plan , and only start to pay plan without my device?
I was been told November a long time ago but I want to be sure and what I need to do .

Thanks for coming here.
If you log into your My EE app and select Mobile Plan, View Plan details. this will show the contract end date.
You can change the plan by calling us on 150, or if you wish to upgrade to a SIM Only plan you can do this in your My EE account.

EE has no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the contract. There will however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 45 days of your contract term.
