I bought a 120GB data sim last year for mifi use. I have now used up the data and so I have bought another 120GB sim (with different mobile number) to replace the expired one .
This second sim has been installed in the mifi device , I activated it via the EE app, the sim is working (the mifi device is working ,,, I have internet).
Problem is that this second sim doesn't appear in my EE app (the old sim does) so I cant see data remaining
How do I link this new sim to my account ?

I think it's best to speak to our Mobile Care team so that they can check to make sure the SIM is fully registered to you, and connected to the same account as the others.

@Keved1957 Have you linked it to your account ? It doesn’t just get added because it’s in a device that’s linked to your account.

Cannot find where to do this online and when I tried doing this with the app it want it appears that it wants to validate financial data so ask you to visit an WW shop with your ID. EE do not appear to be set up to do this unless you are buying a plan. If you buy the connected data sim to install in a wifi dongle it's a real pain and you have to talk to support.
