Can't buy extra data

Hello, EE costumer... Run out of data, tried to buy some from the website, but never able to connect to the Internet since. Not sure if the extra data are bought because page says the cost will apply to the next bill...

Are you within the UK at the moment? Are you connecting to the add-on hub when not connected to WiFi?
