I’ve been using the £15 per 30 days rolling plan, today my data ran out 2 days early, so I paid to start the next one early, my allowances have topped up but there’s a notice at the side saying expires in 2 days.
obviously I’ve only just paid for the 30 days so when my next one was due to start are they going to charge me again and wipe basically a full month of data I’ve literally just paid full price for from my account?

@JayGeorge : After you bought the new pack did you text NOW to 150 to force it to start immediately?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
