I am currently in Canada added a add on to my account to enable me to use data whilst here, I can only get 3G & am unable to get 4g I have rebooted my phone checked all settings are correct & still cannot get mobile data
please advise

Welcome to the community.
Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?
Purchasing a roaming pack does not automatically activate this feature.
If you did, could you please try manually connecting to another available network?
