I bought a 2GB data add on this morning for 10 pounds yet it does not see to be working

@NM452  Any data add on will only start to be used once you have used up all your data allowance. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
