website blocked parental control

Hi,

I’m looking for help with a network-level issue.

My business website https://mothernaturewellness.co.uk is currently being blocked on EE when parental controls are enabled.

This is NOT a device or account issue — it appears to be a classification problem at network level.

Important points:
• We are a UK-based CBD retailer fully compliant with UK law (THC <0.2%)
• We do not sell controlled substances
• The site is accessible on all other UK networks, including with parental controls enabled
• Only EE appears to be blocking it

This is affecting customer access and business operations.

Could this please be escalated to the content classification / filtering team for review and reclassification?

Thanks in advance

@Twoboo : & so it should be! Your website self-proclaims upon entry "You must be 18 years or older to access this website" & requires user to affirm they are 18 or over. Thus it is declaring itself as an adult site.

EE's Content Lock is being correctly applied to adult sites. Your users need to:

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
