Hi @keith2416.
Thanks for coming to the Community. Did you manage to try to a SIM swap like James suggested? What is the experience you are having?

Hi Michael, the experience I am having is this, I have many Mikrotik LHGG LTE6 deployed across the northwest of England. One site has an issue with EE and stopped working. I went to the site and took a new Lte6 which didn't work either. I brought the LTE back to my office and switched it on expecting to have the same issues. It worked without me doing anything. whilst it was at my office i upgraded the frimware, rebooted it and it continued to work. I drove back to the site and it would not work on the EE network. the same sim worked at my office, and the sim worked on my iPhone at the site. I have checked APN setting and the signal strengths but nothing at all. The same Lte on the same site works with Vodafone with no issues. it is like the mast just refuses to work with the Mikrotik Lte. any help would be great.

Are you being allocated an IP address when you have the affected combination of equipment at the affected location?
