Hi
Over the last few days my mobile data has been used at a much faster than normal rate. Before you ask, my browsing habits have not changed at all and wi-fi assist is turned off.
So please do not give me the usual "have any of your browsing habits changed?" response that you give to others as standard.
As an ee customer I ask two things of you
1. That you nullify this problem and 2. That you refund me for this months bill.
If you fail to do both if these I will switch provider to Smarty, who offer a more valuable deal than ee anyhow, even apart from this issue that multiple people seem to have with ee

@DavidSmith As this is a public forum not customer services your request for a refund will not happen. Your request for this to be nullified again will not result in anything as again this is a public forum that has no access to your account to see what’s happening with your data allowance.
What has Wi-Fi asset got to do with mobile broadband? Is a phone feature on the iPhone

Hi @DavidSmith,
Welcome back to the community. 🙂
Have you checked the data breakdown by app in your settings to see where your data has been used?
