Hi, I am trying to place an add on on my mobile broadband data but it comes up with error 403 forbidden. any ideas to clear it

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache in your web browser to see if that helps?

I am having the same problem and it doesn't matter which buy add on I use it comes up forbidden. I have tried using Edge and Chrome and clearing cache but it doesn't make a difference.
I have the app on my phone but that simply wants me turn off wifi but since I am trying to buy an add on for another device that doesn't work either.
All in all this is very frustrating and the various help docs and advice simply don't work.

@Wasteof7im3 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome.
