The instructions for 4G Wi -Fi device say to remove battery if being plugged in and on charge for more than 7 days to remove battery. I have tried this but I get no service. Tried resetting etc but will still not work with battery removed and connected to charger. Any ideas or is this a faulty unit?

Thanks for providing those details, @Simps46.

As you've already reset the device and it's still showing a flashing green light rather than connecting, and the device works with the battery fitted but not when running from the charger with the battery removed, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can investigate this further and advise on the next steps.

Hi @Simps46

Are there any lights on the device. When was it last used.

Are you in the UK.

Is your 4G router on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Thanks
