I own a 5G mobile broadband device, and I would like to take out a sim only contract to use with the MiFI device, to use in a family home.
Am I allowed to do this, or is it against some sort of acceptable use policy?

I have a mobile broadband device - for 2 years... working fine for 2 years and now cuts out every 30 mins. Called customer service who simply suggested to upgrade to a new box and pay and extra amount for the new box. No diagnostics conducted. So I got a friends mobile sim and tried this - works fine. So now we know it is the sim can someone help?

Hi @RIK10
Thanks for posting.
If the SIM is faulty, you can request a replacement in your My EE, this will send a PIN to the number. If you are unable to receive the PIN, you can call us and the team will send you a replacement SIM or pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement instore.
