I'm sick to death of ee internet service it is utter trash. I live in a rural location with no broadband connection. As such had to switch to 5g under the promise it would improve my experience pfft. Cost me £100 to buy the equipment having complained for over a year that every night the service drops despite paying over £50 a month I get fobbed off every ruddy time because when I call during office hours my connection is perfect. I have just watched an hour recorded program on Amazon that took me two bloody hours to watch because of my connection it is an absolute p take. I feel like I'm down the barrel of the shotgun at the hands of this company.
