Hi have a second hand mobile WiFi router that isn't recognising my EE sim card. How do I set it up?

Was the router on EE before, is it unlocked?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes its an EE router. I had a go at unlocking it, but I can't do that either

Sorted it, had to reset the device, then Sorted out password as that wouldn't work either 🙄 modena technology
