Good day , ive got a problem with my EE . Five days ago i had pack , but i cant use data, even i have signal 4g. Also i cannot call or text messages to 150

I cant sent message to 150 just even to check balance. And I already tro call to this numbers and there was this number is cant reply

Yes its new, and nevef used in uk . But why its activated my data pack?

The pack is just a plan on your a/c but you are unable to use it as you stated in your OP. For this reason ...

You didn't use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. As it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
