Are you connecting to the 2.4 GHz SSID?

Hi @Droseveare.

Have these cameras worked before on another form of broadband?

Is your 4G Home Hub working with other devices?

Jon

Hi worked perfectly on bt 4g hub problem started when I switched to ee

Hi all other devices work fine

Yes tried them on my neighbour’s network works fine

I think the problem is ipv6

@Droseveare : I doubt that IPv6 is stopping devices in your home connecting to the router. It more affects access to external websites.

However, just in case it is an EE IPv6 issue, can you change the Profile/APN on your EE device to APN Protocol = IPv4 only? Or play around with that setting.
