Re: Connecting Home Broadband to My EE Account is Bugged

Yes, I am having the same issue! Image attached.

I have mobile broadband which is on a different EE account to my personal mobile number. My router therefore has its own associated mobile number. When I try to add it under broadband I get the violation code. When I try to add it as a mobile to my account it says a verification code will be sent…it is a router, you can’t send a code to it!?!

Any help @EE

@Kate188 : Your mobile router doesn't count as Home BB. That's for fixed BB. You need to add it as another mobile. Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover.
