Moved into a mew address 2 months ago and still have no wi fi, every time i order it gets cancelled everytime i speak to someone they tell me forms have been sent to confirm the omt number and will.take 7 day, never get a callback, try again and same problem same cycle

The orders that have been cancelled were they for home broadband or mobile broadband?
When was the last time you placed the order and a webform was sent for the OMT number?
