Hi. We have EE mobile broadband and my son has an Xbox. We've now signed him up so he can chat and play with friends online but he can't actually chat. Reading other threads etc it appears the NAT settings aren't medium or open but strict and this is causing the problem. Is there any solution to this? My son is gutted and we may now need to change provider due to this. Thanks

Is this in-game chat or Xbox chat? Have you tried restarting the router?
