My 5g mobile router just randomly stopped working and is now flashing red and white. Was working just fine and have turned off for 10mins and re inserted SIM but still not working any advice?

Welcome to the EE Community
If your status light is flashing red it suggests the hub is working but is unable to get an internet connection, I would recommend first checking the service status for your area to see if there are any local issues.
If there are no issues in the area and its still not connecting, try a factory reset of the hub via the small pin reset button on the back of the hub.
