Mobile broadband

Ive got mobile broadband but it won't work just flashes red. Any idea why? I have 2 sim cards for it and tried them both

Are you able to test the SIM cards in a mobile handset to check if they are working? 

Which model Mobile Broadband device do you have?

I have been unable to due to my phone playingup.. I just don't understand as it when I try to connect my phone to the mobile broadband it says connected without Internet. Is it worth visiting an ee store?

Also really need it sorted due to domestic violence i have had to have a ring doorbell fitted and my phone isn't compatible with ring doorbelll

@skruttles  Have you tried restarting the router?  With it off for 30+ seconds before you restart it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I will try that now. I have tried everything else it's on a small item (see photos). It's mobile broadband
