I’ve had no mobile broadband since the 14th July so thinks it’s the SIM card I have asked for another but have not received it .is this normal or is there an issue with EE .
I’ve paid for a 12month contract upfront but have had no service since 14/7/22 so will I get a refund or and extension on my 12 month deal .
can someone help please

@Nigel3565 Have you checked to see if there is a network issue in your area ? Use THIS and click the check network tab. How long ago did you request a replacement SIM card ? Have you at all called customer services to report this ?
