Ive cancelled my direct debit for mobile Internet box and sim i don't use it never have and its out of contract in June 24 plz stop sending me a bill and charges for this . Ive tried ringing EE without success thanks

@LQ2  you’ll continue to get charged until you call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination.  at the minimum term the contract change to a 30 day rolling contract it doesn’t just end at the minimum term.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I can understand it is frustrating to have to call or wait when you call @LQ2, but as @Chris_B has mentioned, the plan would continue if not cancelled.

If you just cancelled the direct debit, it would continue to be billed and could impact your credit file.

When you give the team a call, you can choose option 1 for our text option which will then let you select the option and will be passed to member of the team, or you can choose option 2 to go through the automated menus and choose the option for cancellation.
