IPv4 only device

Hi

I have a medical device which uses 4G to send data to a remote server.  The device doesnt have support for IPv6, only IPv4

I'm using the APN settings everywhere, eesecure and secure

The configuration of the device allows me to add "APN extra commands" - this is the only other config change I can make  -  is there a command I can add in there to set the connection to IPv4 only?

PS Should have mentioned - the device currently doesn't connect

It connects fine to most other mobile data networks

Hi Chris_B - thanks for replying but that link only listed the APN name and user name/password that I already have

I think the problem I have is with using IPv4 it seems EE favours IPv6
