Hi. I have bought the ee WiFi dongle today from argos that is suppose to have 120gb included. However I have had to top it up separately with a £10 add on to get WiFi. What am I doing wrong. Please help.

@Kellyb52 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see data & credit status.

Hi @XRaySpeX thamk you for replying and helping. I have done what you have said and it is only showing the £10.00 data I put on as a add on. Really frustrating as I got this for our caravan and I have spent the last 5 hours trying to sort it. I hate being beaten lol.

Sorry, £10 is only money credit. How much data does it show?

It just shows 2gb of data. With the WiFi dongle thing I bought today from argos it says its preloaded with 120gb. Because I can't seem to find it on my account (that I registered today with ee) I topped my account up with £10.00 credit (2gb) and that worked straight away. I paid 89.99 for the WiFi dongle. Please see link

it is only showing the 2gb I purchased for £10. Not the preloaded 120gb included with the WiFi dongle.
