@bastyan you can call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token as you have to prove that you’re over 18 or you can go to an EE store with photo ID and request this there

If you pop into an EE store with your photo ID, we'll accept a passport, full driver’s licence (photo and paper), EU card or citizen card the store can help you get the content lock removed 🙂

I was just in an EE shop with proof of id [Im 65] and was told that they cannot change the parental controls I have to go on line when I went on line I was told that I had use a credit card I do not possess a credit card so I am in need of assistance please

Is the account pay as you go or pay monthly?
