I have a EE mobile broadband box we are using for an elderly relative, at the moment she has no other connection. It has run out of data so I have added a new package - you have to text 150 to activate which I'm not able to do as it's just the box. The add data part of the app and website has been down for several weeks now and after a few calls to support to see if they could manually activate it just hangs up.
Any ideas how else I can get this active? I tried adding a top up to see if it would let me credit but that page is down too.
